About GlassesIndex

This is a directory of software that runs on, or works with, AI glasses. 200 listings across 30 models. It exists because the question “is there an app that does X on my glasses?” is easy to ask and surprisingly hard to answer: search results are dominated by listicles, press releases and apps that merely detect glasses from afar.

What makes an entry

• A source that says it. Every app is stored together with the sentence from its own listing that justified inclusion, and a link to that listing.
• A date. Each entry carries the date the source last changed it, and when we last checked the link.
• No numbers we did not receive. No star ratings we invented, no “test results”, no download counts, no price guessing.

What this is not

• Not a review site. We do not rate apps we have not used.
• Not a shop. Some links go to the publisher; we take no commission.
• Not exhaustive. Coverage is stated on the coverage page, including the models for which we found nothing.

How the data gets here

Scheduled importers read the official Apple iTunes Search API, the GitHub REST API and manufacturer product pages. They run on a cron schedule, respect rate limits and never retry a blocked host into submission. Details: methodology and sources.

Corrections

Prices change, apps get delisted, compatibility claims expire. If something here is wrong, send a correction — it goes into a moderation queue, and a human reads it.
