What we do not do
- We do not scrape sites whose
robots.txtdisallows us, and we do not retry a host that answered with 429 until it relents. - We do not copy descriptions in full: quotes are shortened and attributed, with a link to the original.
- We do not use app-store artwork or manufacturer photography without a licence we can name. Where no licensed image exists, the page uses no image.
- We do not republish user reviews from other platforms.
Editorially excluded
Some catalogues are deliberately absent: Solos sells frame colourways rather than distinct models, which would produce near-duplicate pages; Viture's storefront exposes no machine-readable product index we are permitted to read. Both are real brands — the exclusion is about page quality, not about the products.
